These terms apply to users who offer paid content, products, or services through FanCake. They complement the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Independent creator

You are responsible for your content, compliance with law, taxes, and licences (including music, images, trademarks, and literary rights for Reads). You represent that you have the rights you grant to the platform.

2. Revenue share

FanCake retains a platform commission on net amounts collected through enabled gateways. The reference commission rate configured site-wide is 2% where applicable; your effective rate may differ and is shown in the product. Net payouts to you are subject to thresholds, verification, chargebacks, and fraud checks described in the product.

3. Prohibited uses

No illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, malware, or infringement. FanCake may remove content, suspend payouts, or terminate accounts for serious breaches.

4. Reads

If you publish in Reads, you grant the technical licences needed to display, sell, unlock chapters, and optionally include titles in subscription bundles (e.g. Reads Pass) when you opt in. EPUB downloads, if enabled, are licensed for personal use of the buyer unless you specify otherwise in your listing.

5. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the platform operator against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these obligations.
