1. Licence to read

Paid access grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view unlocked chapters (and download EPUB where the author enables it) via your FanCake account. No redistribution, scraping for republication, or circumvention of technical measures.

2. Reads Pass

Where offered, Reads Pass is a recurring subscription that includes titles the author has opted into the programme. Availability of specific books may change; billing and renewal follow the checkout terms shown at purchase.

Coin unlocks and other paid Reads features may be subject to the platform commission rate configured for the site (reference: 2%), as further described in the marketplace terms.

3. Previews and social features

Reviews, comments, notes, and library features are subject to the community guidelines and moderation tools of the platform.
